Welcome!

Cooking is one of the strongest ceremonies for life. When recipes are put together, the kitchen is a chemical laboratory involving air, fire, water and the earth. This is what gives value to humans and elevates their spiritual qualities. Cast Iron Embraces the same by ensuring the richness of the food being prepared and served. Curry Leaves Millet Rice

We all know how beneficial is curry leaves, still we throw the leaves away while having meal. We always give least importance to this amazing iron and antioxidant rich nutritious leaves. I try to include this while making juices and podi varieties. Amla juice recipe in our channel has raw curry leaves. Also whenever we make any podi varieties it’s a good practice to include a handful of curry leaves while roasting and grind it along with other ingredients. Apart from health benefits, adding curry leaves gives a unique flavour to the food. Curry leaves are very much beneficial for hair. We can prevent premature greying if we include curry leaves in our diet daily. Curry leaves also helps to prevent cancer and helps to maintain good eye health. I have used barnyard millet for preparing this rice recipe. You can try the same recipe with usual white rice and other millet varieties too.
